Multi-service websites
A properly structured page per service instead of one overloaded homepage — the single biggest ranking and conversion gain for most San Jose businesses.
San Jose is the most competitive market we work in. We build fast, well-structured websites for San Jose businesses that have to win a customer already comparing four other tabs — and the follow-up systems that close them.
In a small town, being findable is most of the battle. In San Jose you are one of dozens of results for almost anything, and the customer opens several before they call anyone. The website's job shifts from being found to winning a comparison.
That comparison is decided fast and on unglamorous things: how quickly the page loads, whether it's obvious you do the specific job they need, whether your prices or process are explained, and how much effort it takes to get in touch.
The most common mistake we see on San Jose small-business sites is a single vague homepage trying to cover eight services across a city of a million people. It ranks for nothing in particular and convinces nobody.
What works instead:
Both decide who gets the job in a market this size, and most local sites are weak on both. Neither is expensive to fix — they're just usually nobody's responsibility.
A trimmed page reaches the visitor while a heavy one is still fetching its third font.
Compressed and correctly sized images, lean code, minimal third-party scripts. A visitor comparing four companies will not wait for the slow one to render.
Correct heading hierarchy, one clear topic per page, clean internal linking and schema. In a crowded market, clarity of structure is a genuine ranking advantage.
An enquiry answered immediately usually beats a better company that answers tomorrow. We automate the first reply so it happens regardless of where you are.
Calls, forms and quote requests attributed to the page and campaign that produced them — so ad budget goes where the work actually comes from.
You're competing against companies that rebuilt two years ago. A visitor decides in seconds which of you looks like the safer call, and that decision is made on the design before a word is read.
Drag the handle — sample layouts, not a client project
From the full service list, weighted toward what a competitive market demands.
A properly structured page per service instead of one overloaded homepage — the single biggest ranking and conversion gain for most San Jose businesses.
Single-purpose pages matched to a specific ad or offer, with conversion tracking wired in from launch so spend is measurable.
Rebuilding sites that rank but don't convert, or convert but load slowly — without discarding the search visibility already earned.
Coverage areas, service detail, real job galleries and quote forms that reach your phone before the customer opens the next tab.
Sites that have to establish credibility with a discerning audience before anyone books an introductory call.
The systems layer — one pipeline for every lead, source attribution, instant replies and follow-up sequences.
We're based in Gilroy, about thirty minutes south. San Jose projects run remotely by default, with in-person meetings when they're worth the drive — and they often are at kickoff.
We work across San Jose and the surrounding South Bay, and south down the corridor through Morgan Hill, San Martin and Gilroy. Being a smaller studio outside the city usually means lower overheads and faster turnaround than a downtown agency, with the same standard of work.
Two practical reasons: cost and access. A smaller studio thirty minutes south carries less overhead than a downtown agency, and you deal directly with the people building your site rather than an account manager. If a project genuinely needs someone in the room, we drive up.
We build the on-page foundations properly — page-per-service structure, correct headings, internal linking, speed, schema and a working sitemap. In a crowded category that's necessary but not always sufficient, and we'll tell you plainly if we think you also need sustained content work or paid search rather than letting you assume a new site alone will do it.
Yes, and we'd usually recommend them over sending paid traffic to a homepage. One offer, one call to action, matched to the ad that sent the visitor, with conversion tracking configured so you can see cost per actual enquiry rather than cost per click.
Where it's genuinely relevant, yes — a service business covering Willow Glen, Almaden or Berryessa can reasonably have content reflecting that. What we won't do is generate a dozen near-identical neighbourhood pages with the name swapped out. That's a pattern Google handles badly and customers see through immediately.
It depends on how many services need their own page, whether copy and photography exist, and whether booking, payments or automation are connected. You get a fixed written quote against a written scope before any work begins.
Tell us what your business does and who you're competing against. You'll get a clear scope, a fixed price and an honest view of what it will take.
